Bullet type. If you look closely at the tip of this gel pen, we will find that they are like a bullet. In the manufacturing process, we cut a raw bar into a complete pen tip through metal cutting. The bullet tip type is suitable for making thicker pen tips. Most of them on the market are 0.5MM, and the thickest one can reach 1.2.

Needle type

Usually, we call this type of pen tip "full needle tube". The key difference between it and the bullet-shaped pen tip is that it is processed by non-cutting methods. Before it is processed into a pen tip, it is a complete thin tube. Three dents are punched at the front end of the thin tube through precision instruments from 3 directions to form a bowl seat of the ball; the thin tube at the back forms a triangular oil groove. The ink flows out through the oil tank, and then the ink is brought out by the rolling of the balls to complete the writing process. The needle tube type is suitable for making thinner pen tips, such as 0.30, 0.25 and so on.

Half needle tube

The half needle tube is between the bullet and the needle tube, and the appearance is more beautiful. The tip of the pen tip can be as thin as the needle tube, and the end of the pen tip is the same size as the end of the bullet. The semi-needle tube type can produce relatively thin pen tips, such as 0.48, 0.35 and so on.
